Well, Glaceon cannot be caught in the wild, you have to evolve an Eevee to begin with, so basically it boils down to personal choice. Also, it is an Ice type, not a Water one.
Personally, I think a Dive Ball would combine more with its color pattern, but at the end of the day it is just for aesthetics. The only difference you will get is an special effect for when Glaceon enters the battle.

use a ekans or arbok to use wrap or use apokemon with an attack block or just catch it with a pokeball without doing damage to it if you use a plain pokeball just press a and b at the same time while holding the start then when the pokeball opens let go of the a and start then press sel. p.s.it would work better if it have a status problem

in diamond and pearl you can slow down the pokemon's cry by going to your pokedex and going to that pokemon. go over to the cry tab and you will see a pokeball like player on the touch scree. click play and it's better if you click the continuous button on the bottom right (arrows in a circle) so it'll keep going without you having to press play again. on the bottom half of the pokeball you can see it spinning when the cry is heard. press down on that area and it will slow the cry.

Those are upgraded versions of the original pokeball they have better catch rates then the original so you should definetely get them for catching pokemon. You can buy them at these pokemarts: Celadon city, Cinnibar island, Pokemon league, Saffron city, Fuchsia city, Two island, Three island, Four island, Five island, Six island and Seven island.

yes Better at what? Netball is not better than Rugby. If you don't know what netball is, all you need to know is that netball is a non-contact sport. Rugby is anything but non-contact. Also netball is played almost exclusivly by women. Which is fine for a sport to be, but it surely doesn't give it the edge over a sport enjoyed by both men and women. I have no idea how something can be better "then" anything else.
