Lucius married Narcissa out of duty, to perserve the pureblood status. I think it would be foolish to believe otherwise as the main objective of pureblood supremacists is to with-hold the traditions and values of the elite. Over the years I believe he respected Narcissa and held her in high esteem though I do not think there was any love involved in their marriage. They created an 'heir' and there is no doubt Lucius loves his son Draco, and is comfortable in his marriage of convienence. Narcissa may love Lucius and there are signs in the book, but his reception to her and general demeanour tell us otherwise. I do not believe he married Narcissa out of love, nor do I believe love grew between them over the years of their marriage. I do believe he held Narcissa in high esteem and respected her but nothing more.

I disagree. Lucius cares for his wife dearly. There is no doubt that he loves his son, Draco, so surely he wouldn't have a child with a person he didn't love that much? So, I would like to think that he did marry he wife out of love, and the evidence is in the books. In deathly hallows, part 2, he and Narcissa don't fight in the carstle. They run around screaming for their son. They have a lot in common and love each other dearly. If not as much before, they did by the end of the Harry Potter books, as they went through such a lot together. Especially when Narcissa lied directly to Voldemort and Lucius had his wand taken off him, and broken by voldemort. She then gave her wand to her son, so he could protect himself. If that's not love, then what is?

The final chapter (Epilogue) in Harry Potter 7 mentions Draco, an unnamed wife, and his son Scorpius. The wife's name is not mentioned. Separately from the book, the author said that Draco married Astoria Greengrass.

Not that we know of. She seemed loyal to him in Half-Blood Prince, so probably not.
