well, if you're looking for the answer to the joke of the same question, it is "the girl necks door", which i don't find amusing at all.
the answer to the story-related question is that Dracula never truly had a lover, though he seemed to be attracted to two women named Mina and Lisa, drinking both their blood. Neither of the women shared his sentiments.
i encourage you to read Dracula by Bram Stoker.

Well, originally, the book was suppose to have a romantic element, with Dracula himself, posing as a handsome young man, for Mina to fall in love with. I'm not sure why it was changed, but maybe you or someone else can find out, but then, I guess there is some romance within the story itself. Francis Ford Coppola created the movie "Bram Stoker's Dracula" (1992). There the (very) romantic aspects of the story are added or re-added very clearly leading to the conclusion that Mina saves Dracula from hell by cutting of his head in the very presence of God. She sais to him "Our love is stronger than death" just before she swoopes Dracula's own sword against her grand lovers neck.
Dracula warns Jonathan not to fall asleep at night in any part of the castle except the chambers set aside for him.
Jack Seward is a character in Bram Stoker's "Dracula," serving as the director of an insane asylum and a close friend of Lucy Westenra. He is deeply in love with Lucy and becomes one of the key figures in the group that seeks to combat Count Dracula after she falls victim to him. Seward is intelligent, resourceful, and plays a crucial role in documenting the events surrounding Dracula's terror. His scientific approach and emotional investment highlight the themes of love and sacrifice in the novel.
Well, darling, there are plenty of movies out there that mock Dracula. Classics like "Love at First Bite" and "Dracula: Dead and Loving It" take a hilarious spin on the vampire legend. And let's not forget "Hotel Transylvania," where Dracula is portrayed as a loving, overprotective father. So, grab some popcorn and sink your teeth into these fang-tastic comedies!
Yes, they did indeed fall in love on set.
