I only know of two people that Johnny Depp used for inspiration when creating jack sparrow.One is the guitarist from the rolling stones named Keith Richards,who played jack's father in the third movie.The second is the romantic skunk,pepe le pew,from looney toons.

He based his character on Keith Richards from the band "The Rolling Stone's" who made an appearance in Pirates of the Caribbean at Worlds End as Captain Teague - keeper of the code and Jack's father.
