It is believed that two (rather small) parts of this was painted by Leonardo.
1517-1519.
Leonardo da Vinci's was often referred to as Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci. Which simply means Leonardo son of Piero, of (from) Vinci. His last name is unknown for several reasons, perhaps because there was no need for last names, or maybe because he was an illegitimate child. How does Leonardo da Vinci's technique of sfumato work
Oh my goodness! The Mona Lisa is like my favourite painting. I love how in The Sarah Jane Adventures the Mona Lisa painting comes to life and Mona Lisa tries to find her long lost brother which was in a painting which was so terrible and scary it had been locked away. Anyway, the author of the Mona Lisa painting is Leonardo da Vinci. He is such a good painter and here's a painting to prove it!
The Last Supper was painted by Leonardo da Vinci in 1495–1498
If you are referring to the painting (it wasn't a drawing) known as the Mona Lisa, it is the work of Leonardo da Vinci.
Leonardo da Vinci began painting the Mona Lisa in 1503 or 1504 in Florence, Italy.
