voldemort died due to harry being the master of the elder wand and the elder wand will not attack its master so when voldemort casts "avada kardava" the spell rebounds and kills the dark lord GO harry!!!!! (and severus snape)

Tom Marvolo Riddle - alias Lord Voldemort - wants to kill Harry in the end of The Deathly Hallows, but the curse falls back to himself.

Voldemort tried to kill Harry Potter with the Avada Kedavra curse but, instead, only killed the horcrux that he accidentally put in Harry when he tried to kill him the first time. This was the last horcrux Voldemort had that hadn't been destroyed by Harry and/or Dumbledore.

Technically both Harry and Voldemort. Voldemort destroyed the part of Harry that was a horcrux, but not Harry himself. The Harry killed Voldemort.

Harry is also the master of death. The ring, the cloak, and then you find out later that he was the true owner of the wand that Voldemort held in his hand .
It is Voldemort that dies.
