Route 225 is not a route that can be found in Pokemon Firered, route 225 is in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. To get there is Diamond Pearl and Platinum, you have to see every Pokemon in Sinnoh, then talk to Prof. Rowan and get the national dex.

I have Pokemon Diamond, and I have beat it. you have to look around , go every where, and talk to everyone and you will get everything in the game. If you do this a couple of times and it still doesn't work, you must of used a cheat code and it messed up your game.

There isn't much of a way to get an effort ribbon put on a Pokemon except by raising it. Pokerus helps by toughening it up. That way, it raises the stats (also known as IV's). Eventually, you can go talk to the ribbon girl at the Sunyshore market (not Julie the daily ribbon girl) and she'll reward your Pokemon!
