I think she kinda does beacuse she wanted Percy by her side and in the end of Son of Neptune she give him a look that says i want to hug you right now so she kinda does like Percy

I believe that Reyna had a soft crush on Percy, and that she knows more about him than she pretends. You know, when they told that the new camper's name was Percy Jackson, Reyna was beyond shocked.
