Watch a lot of Disney Channel shows and episodes with he/she. Let he/she get used of the way to act for Disney. Also, make sure he/she can perform in front of others. An audition will go terrible if any sign of nerves occurs. GET A TALENT AGENT!! Disney rarely does open auditions. Talents should be free until a he/she gets a payed job. Agents get their pay from commission, so a certain percentage will be taken from a paycheck. So, find a talent agent near you. You'll probably have to audition for the agent, before they work with the 10 year old. Note: Getting into Disney Channel probably isn't easy, so if he/she doesn't get in. Don't let it get to them.
