Blue Jetsam Morphing Potion), or you can wait to make one on the Jetsam day which only happens once a year, go look at the Calender page in Neopets to find out where the Jetsam day is and make one on that day. Or you can buy a Jetsam Transmogrification Potion which turns your Neopet into a Mutant Jetsam - which is not pretty. That's probably one of the few legal ways to get a Jetsam.
