It is Rubeus Hagrid, played by Robbie Coltrane.
Hagrid was forced to go into hiding with his half brother for a while, because he had started a Harry Potter fan club and the Death Eaters were after him. He came out for the battle at Hogwarts, however, and I assume that afterwards he stayed at Hogwarts as Game Keeper for quite a while.
Harry Potter is told he is a wizard by Rubeus Hagrid, Keeper of Keys at Hogwarts in Chapter 2.
Yes, there are 7 players on a Quidditch team and 4 teams at Hogwarts. 7 multiplied by 4 equals 28. Those players are; 1 Keeper, 1 Seeker, 3 Chasers and 2 Beaters. One player on each team is also the captain.

In 1991, Oliver Wood was in his fifth year at Hogwarts and was both Keeper and captain. He couldn't have joined the team in his first year as it isn't allowed, but to become captain you need to have previously been on the team so it is likely Oliver joined in his second year and had been Keeper for four years. This would mean he had been keeper for six years when he left school.

That depends on which house you're talking about. Bill is Secret Keeper for Shell Cottage. Dumbledore is secret keeper for 12 Grimmauld Place.

if you know how to give love to your pets then and only then ... you can become a good animal keeper.
An animal keeper would be a "zoo keeper". Some keepers with specialized training may have different titles: zoologist, veterinarian, ornithologist (birds), herpetologist (reptiles), etc. Depending on the state/country/territory etc this may vary.
