Who is Ikuto from Shugo Chara?

Ikuto is a seventeen-year old who works for a company named 'Easter'. He has blue hair and has a Shugo Chara named Yoru, who is his wished for would-be-self - a cat.

He can part-character change with Yoru and fully character change. His full-character change is known as 'Seven Seas Treasure'.

Ikuto is more commonly known for his rather perverted portrayel. He's always playing/stalking (depending who's point of view you see it from) with the main character, Amu, much like a cat playing with a mouse if you will. This eventually leads to him apparently falling in love with her.
