I think Jonathan would probably be Van Heilsing's son. (by the way people who don't know - van Heilsing is a vampire slayer)
Jonathan Harker is about to marry Mina. He is one of the principle characters in the book. Dracula gave him to his three brides for their dinner. They were supposed to kill him, but he got away, married Mina, and returned to England.
They come in just as Dracula is about to eat Jonathan (Mr Hawkins)

He notices that Dracula has no reflection in his mirror.
Count Dracula was eventually tracked down by all of the gang and was killed by Quincey Morris and Jonathan Harker. Quincey drove a stake though his heart, while Jonathan cut off Dracula's head simultaneously.

Count Dracula always tells about his "ancestors" in sentences like "Who fought against the Turks? A Dracula!" After Harker found out that Dracula is a vampire, he also says: "The Count must be the same person as the Draculas he told me about!"
You can't get this information from the book which means that his parents are unknown.
