Kaleb Oaten is a "character" (if you would call it that) in the A.S.C.O organization. He is a mysterious friend of the "boss" of ASCO, however in the letters he is refered in past tense which would likely suggest he either is no longer a friend, is within no contact with the "boss" or is dead/was killed. He is often compared to kind people, however he may have some relevance to Oaten, a part of ASCO, possibly a sub organization, stemming from ASCO. It is not known if Kaleb Oaten has any anagrams or acronyms within his name.
