Kalin kessler was yusei, jack, and crow's friend in yu gi oh 5d's who was also the leader of their duel gang who destroyed every crimnal duel gang in the satellite. He then went too far and tried to take down sector security but he was stopped with the help of yusei, jack, and crow. He thought that they were traitors and took a grudge on yusei. While in the facility he became a dark signer and escaped to end his vendetta with yusei. After the dark signer crisis ended he became their friend again.

Yusei and Kalin and other people
took over satellite
but Kalin wanted to take over the secruity center
but Yusei didnt want to go so Kalin went by himself and got caught
then Kalin turned bad and turned into a Dark Siner to get revenge to Yusei

To be honest we all have our own views. There is now four yugiohs altogether: yugioh, yugioh gx, yugioh 5d's and yugioh zexal. I think yugioh 5d's is better than all of them but I only think this because I haven't watched zexal and I did enjoy the other two. :) but you decide... hope this helped :)

you need to complete RALLY's story to do his alternate form. complete yusei with mark and you unlock Kalin Kessler(Dark Signer)
