∙ 8y agoLex Luthor is a character within the DC Comics and Superman universe he is known for being a genius criminal mastermind as well as being the arch enemy of Superman also known as Kal-Ell however in some versions of Superman continuity he is also elected to become the President of the United States additionally Lex is a character without any hair but the reason why he's bald differs depending on the continuity in the Smallville TV show that aired on The CW he wound up bald as a result of being exposed to green Kryptonite during the first meteor shower that struck Smallville and brought Clark Kent to Earth.
