I think Evanna Lynch is a lot more like her character and portrays Luna perfectly. Mush as I like Emma, I think she doesn't always do Hermione complete justice, although she was pretty good in Ballet Shoes.
Yes, all that's true but it comes down the personal opinion. I prefer Evanna because shes so quirky and Luna is my favourite character. Many people prefer Emma because shes more famous etc. Ah well, its entirely up to you :D
