Optimus but by little. The reason is that megatron was slim because he was a cybertronian jet. Cybertronian jets are significantly slim. Human vehicle form Transformers jets are. Fat because of the human design. But in the sequel he is a cybertronian flying tank and is much more bigger than optimus and in the 3rd he is even because there both trucks.
