Professor Saumel Oak's children have never been revealed in any medium of Pokemon. So Oak's son and/or daughter, as well as Blue/Green/Gary Oak's parents are unknown.
Oak's only known relatives are Blue/Green/Gary Oak, which is his spoiled grandson and the player character's rival in the generation I games. He also has a granddaughter by the name of Daisy, but she really only exists in the manga and isn't canon.
It's known that Gary Oak has a mother in the anime, who chapperones him around Kanto in a convertible, but her name and identity have never been revealed.
