Red hulk is stronger because he is or he is like the ultimate form of green hulk and he has more skill in hand to hand combat .until his rage builds up which causes Red Hulk To get weaker and over heat allowing Green Hulk to win since the madder the Hulk gets the stronger.

Hulk is clearly stronger, however in a battle, Spider-Man can beat hulk because the hulk isn't fast enough to hit spider-man because of his reflexes and spider sense. Spider-man will deliver many blows to Hulk at only a fraction of Hulk's strength that will eventually defeat him in the long run. His other advantageous spider-powers add to his ability to overcome the Hulk.
