Who is the main character in The Sea of Monsters?

Basically, Percy Jackson(Son of Poseidon, Tyson(Percy's Cyclopes Half-Brother), Clarisse(Daughter of Ares), and Annabeth Chase(Daughter of Athena) try to get the Golden Fleece from the Cyclopes so they can save Half-Blood Hill. They also need to save Grover from having to marry the Cyclopes and make Clarisse's dad proud.

Chiron: Centaur (<---half horse half man) he is the activities director @ Half-Blood Hill and gets fired at the beginning of the book! (has a strong bond with Percy)

Clarisse: Daughter of Ares (<--- God of war) her and her dad are enemies with Percy and has a quest in this book (which IS the sea of monsters)

Mr.D: also known as Dionysus's, he is the director of the camp he runs everything there (does not have a good bond with Percy)

The plot of the Sea of Monsters is this. Percy has a new friend named Tyson. It is the last day of school, and Percy still didn't get kicked out. Then during gym, Lastrygonian giants attack, but Annabeth has been following Percy invisibly. The school nearly blows-up so they are on the run once again. There is something wrong at Camp Half-Blood, but they don't know what it is. So, they take a taxi cab- The Gray Sisters Cab- to camp. there are mechanical bulls attacking- the bulls of Hephaestus. Percy notices that the bulls are going past the camp's magical boundaries, which isn't supposed to happen. They defeat the bulls and go into camp to find out that Thalia's tree had been poisoned and Chiron was to blame because of his relation with Kronos. So instead, Tantalus becomes the camp's new activities director. (Tantalus is the guy who tricked the Olympians into eating his children. So, he is supposedly in the Underworld standing on an island surrounded by water and fruit trees, but he cannot eat or drink anything. every time he reaches out, the food moves away.) Percy finds out that Tyson- who was with them the whole time- is a cyclops. Annabeth and Percy decide that they need a quest to get the Golden Fleece, which is the only thing that could save Thalia's tree. Tantalus agrees, but picks Clarisse to go instead of them.

They decide to go anyway, and with the help of Hermes who visited Percy on the beach. They get on the Princess Andromeda and almost get a ride to the Sea of Monsters. They go through perils and hard times, but eventually find Grover and get the Fleece. When they wash up on the shore of Miami, they tell Clarisse to get on a plane and take the Fleece back to camp. Luke captures them, but Chiron's centaur relatives help them get back to camp safely when Percy remembers that Chiron is a Son of Kronos. Dionysus finds out it wasn't Chiron's fault and makes him the activities director again.

The next morning, Percy wakes up to Grover who is panicking. They find out that "The Fleece works it magic too well". Thalia, Daughter of Zeus, is laying on the ground and has been resurrected. The magical boundaries still work, but Thalia is alive and that means there is another chance for Kronos to bend The Great Prophecy to his will.
