The oldest Continuing Disney Character is Today known as "Pete". Peg Leg Pete, as he was originally known, also known as Black Pete, Bootleg Pete or Percy P Percival, made his first appearance in 1925, three years before Mickey Mouse.

The oldest Disney Princess is Snow White. Snow White was actually the first ever Walt Disney Classic. So that's why the graffics are so bad when you watch it and the color might be a little off.

Hercules has a number of Greek goddesses who are ancient and ageless, but the HUMAN character who is the oldest (at the time of the movie she's in) that I can think of in a Disney movie would probably be Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove. Madam Mim from The Sword in the Stone is also pretty old, but Yzma is a major character and Mim was an ill-conceived addition to a story that really didn't need her so I'd like to not even count her if that's okay with you.

If you mean "who appeared first", the first major female Disney character I know of is Minnie Mouse, who dates to 1928.
