Does this question need to be rephrased? The Tohoshinki I know of is a band out of South Korea...
Tohoshinki
Tohoshinki means "Rising gods from the East". If you're talking about the Korean group that's getting popular in all of Asia. The group consists of 5 members Hero Jaejoong U-know Yunho Changmin Yoochun Xiah Jiang
I'm not too sure how to pronounce it, but you can hear the pronounciation of 'be happy' at the end of a song called 'Why did I fall in love with you' by Tohoshinki.

Shipping aside, none of the members have made any kind of official statement about their orientations, and the chance of any of them ever doing so is highly unlikely at best. As far as the fans know, all of them have dated girls at one time or another, make of that what you will.
DBSK stands for Dong Bang Shin Ki, the Korean name for the Korean five-member boy band. Dong Bang Shin Ki translates to "Rising Gods of the East". They're also known as Tohoshinki in Japan.

Basically i think it would be referring to websites or blogs that are created by Dong Bang Shin Ki's fans.Usually this kind of websites/blogs contain day to day news update of the boys and many many photos/videos of Dong Bang Shin Ki.Other than fan blogs/websites, there are also many (unofficial) fan clubs like HeroJJ, melitehero, preciousmin, mickybar, withyoonho etc etc.Just a note: all the sites I've mentioned are UNOFFICIAL (in a way to speak) because they have no direct connection/relation to SM Ent. or the boys themselves.Dong Bang Shin Ki's official fan club is Cassiopeia and their official websites are http://tvxq.iple.com/ (for Dong Bang Shin Ki) and http://toho-jp.net/ (for Tohoshinki).Hope i answered your question. :)
