Only in the 1989 movie Batman (Michael Keaton, Jack Nicholson).
In the comics (and the Dark Knight movie series), Batman's parents were murdered by a common thug named Joe Chill.
In the comics, Batman's parents are killed by a mugger called Joe Chill.
In director Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins (2005), Joe Chill remains the murderer.
However, in director Tim Burton's Batman (1989), the mugger who kills them turns out to be the infamous Joker.
So many Batman movies have been made and more are to come, so we'll see who his parents' killer ends up being next time =P
Joe Chill - the as in the (pre-crisis) comics
In Gotham City, more specifically, Crime Alley

Watch The Batman, season 4 episode 1, ''A Matter of Family''
Jack Napier killed Bruce Wayne's (Batman's) parents when Bruce was 11. Then later he became the Joker when Jack fell into green poisonous acid then it made Jack white and crazy.
In Batman begins he had two. At the begining he wanted to kill the man that killed his parents but close to the end his 'main' nemesis was Ra's al Ghul. In The Dark Night, Batman's nemesis was the Joker and near the end two-face came in but he wasnt really a nemesis. I haven't seen The Dark Night rises but I know one of his nemesis is Bane. I think Catwoman helped him. I haven't seen the movie but I've seen the trailers and it looks like Catwoman is helping him fight and Batman is fighting Bane.
His parents were killed. Figure out the rest.
A criminal called Joe Chill, this is according to the comic books and in Batman Begins, however, in the Tim Burton "Batman" movie, the story states that it was The Joker before his change that killed Bruce's parents. Chris
dicks parents were killed by sabotage in their circus act. Bruce took him in as a foster son. that is true but if you wanna know the whole story, look up "why is batmans sidekick called robin"
Bob Kane is credited with creating Batman.
In the 1989 Batman movie directed by Tim Burton, Jack Nicholson's Joker character does not speak during the scene where Batman's parents are killed. The scene is a flashback that shows a young Bruce Wayne witnessing the tragedy.
Joe Chill killed Batman's parents. He told his mom to hand over her pearls while robbing them, and told Thomas Wayne not to be a hero.
Yes... he was there when Joe Chill killed them.
Crime Alley

No, they were killed before the series begins.
batman don't use guns because his parents were killed by them so the movie you saw might been a video from you tube
They were... is the word mug? Anyways, batman's parents and him (when he was a boy) were going home when they were assaulted by a man. The man was a robber and un/intentionally killed his parents in the process.
