No, none of Walt Disney's family is still involved with the company he founded. The last Disney family member in the Walt Disney Company was Roy E. Disney, Walt's nephew. Roy passed away in 2009.

No, all of the Walt Disney companies today are publicly traded and owned by the share holders. Of course it is possible that his surviving daughter today does own some shares but not a controlling interest.

Disneyland was renamed Disneyland Park during the 1990's. The park has been open since July 17, 1955 and the Walt Disney Company owns Disneyland.
