Harry Potter of course!! He successfully manages to find and destroy all the remaining horcruxes. The part of Voldemort's soul that was inside him is also destroyed and he gets a rebirth with a clean & pure soul. Voldemort's final horcrux, Nagini, is slayed by Neville as instructed by Harry. Finally, Harry kills the Dark Lord by casting Avada Kedavra in the Battle of Hogwarts.

In the end Voldemort was to the killing curse and the spell backfired on him and he died or killed himself, so Harry stays alive!!
