You can't. If you migrate Pokemon from the gameboy to the DS, it notes that "After any Pokemon are placed in your DS game, you cannot return ANY Pokemon to your GBA Game". I have tried to do it many different ways, but to no avail.

No, the only Pokemon Special Pikachu Edition is the official name for Pokemon Yellow which was only released for the Game Boy and Game Boy Color. They are not compatible with any version of the DS and the last Nintendo handheld game system that can play them is the Game Boy Advance.
