Who wins in avengers vs x men?

This question has been asked for years. It has never really been given a definite answer. Both the Avengers and the X-men are formidable opponents, with incredible team members. Also, it should be noted, that the Avengers and X-men have many crossover members, making it hard to determine who would stand with who during a battle.

Wolverine is both a X-Man and an Avenger. Wolverine has been part of the X-Men since 1975 when he helped save the original team with the help of a brand new team in Giant Sized X-Men #1. Wolverine joined the Avengers as a member of the New Avengers in 2005's New Avengers #1.

Well, if you're not in the mood to read the entire story, I can tell you this spoiler:

None of the sides totally won. Some people say: "Scott was right", and then you can say that x-men won, because the Phoenix Power actually created more mutants, as Scott said that would happen.

But, and that's a big BUT, Scott wasn't totally right, because he didn't say that the Phoenix Power would have to be abdicated to make a new world. If it all depended on Scott, he would just had sat down and watched the world burn... literally.

That means that, in another way, you can say: "avengers won", because they kinda stopped the Phoenix power of making a bigger damage on the planet, and they also got Scott arrested (which is something that he surely deserved).

So, that's it. IMHO, I prefer saying that avengers won. But you can make both interpretations, and that's why we had a lot of polemic with this saga and idiot posts of "Scott was right".

Have you not seen the avengers? He's a x-man , the avengers are completely different.

That depends on personal preference. Personally, I believe that Transformers is better than The Avengers. Though I love both of them!
