It would be a good fight cuz carnge is vulrenbale to heat and sound and superman is vulrenable to kryptonite so i would chose superman cuz i doubt carnge can witstand supermans laser vision so

Batman's cool but unless he's going to pay Carnage off with his fortune to walk away, he would probably be ravaged and devoured by the psychopath that is Carnage. He has gadgets, but I don't know if that would be enough to even slow Carnage down. Maybe if he uses heat and sound waves combined he can take him down.

Nabu is wizard surpreme he would take down the man of steele although it also has to be a chosen vessel for his supreme power. Little green rock takes down the man of steele nabus faults is he is bound to the helmet anyone can put it on even the not chosen. But if a chosen vessel is found and fate is alive.
