Who would win a fight between Superman and Captain America?

The only thing Captain Marvel has over Superman is his magic lightning to transform from Billy Batson to Captain Marvel and viceversa. Also, Superman is vunerable to magic.But Superman has alot more powers than Captain Marvel.So he could make himself vunerable by changing back and forth so it's pretty much an even fight. They showed this in an animated Superman once and When Cap turned into Billy, Superman simply placed his hand over Billy's mouth and said" "That's enough kid." Although by right's Superman won that fight, it was later shown that what they were fighting over proved that Cap really won.

I'm sure Captain America would do his best, but Superman easily outclasses him in speed, and strenght.

Though Captain America is strong and a great fighter, Superman is much more powerful than he is, thus Superman could beat him easily.
