Who would win in a fight doctor doom or magneto?

Jean Gray could beat Magneto if she were able to control the Phoenix or Dark Phoenix but, she unfortunately can't. Her powers of being telepathic and a telekinetic are limited compared to most telepathy's unless you consider the White Witch.

goku would probably end up winning easily. magneto can only bend metal. goku is not made of metal so magneto has no effect on him. plus magneto wouldn't have the same speed that goku has so he wouldn't be able to lay a hit on him.

Magneto has faster than light reactions. He has blocked real light beams, reacted to faster than light characters, pinpointed a massively faster than light bullet, and has been stated to have FTL reactions due to electromagnetism being faster than light. So actually magneto would blitz goku. Furthermore, he can survive in space via keeping air within his shields, while goku would suffocate in space within a few minutes. He can also turn around a planetbusting bullet, so he could just do it again, destroy the planet, and watch goku suffocate from a safe distance. And even if goku gets a hit off, magneto's shields survived a hit from a starved galactus, so it is doubtful goku could hurt him. He could also remove the iron from his blood, which would hurt goku pretty badly. Whatever way you look at this, magneto takes this one.
