The green hornet is mostly a few good men fighting off bad guys with there own ninja sweet abillities. ( kind of like batman). So if your asking about the almighty DC Green Lantern he will surely wn. Spider-man is the clear winner for a number of reasons. 1. The Green Hornet portrayed in the 2011 movie was a total idiot, unlike Spider-man who is a genius. Also the Green Hornet can't fight nearly as well as Spider-man. 2. Even though the Green Hornet isn't stupid and childish in his original 1966 series he still can't fight extremely well, and the few gadgets that he has are no match for Spider-man. 3. Spider-man has enhanced strength and speed. Although Kato is an amazing fighter, he is only human. Any punch or kick that Kato or The Green Hornet throws at Spidey he could dodge. In the end since Spidey is faster and stronger he would tie the Hornet and Kato in a web, before they could throw a single punch or kick.
