No actor or actress is worth billions of dollars. At most they are worth hundreds of millions (e.g. Jerry Seinfeld at $820 million USD). This was money that they earned because the product of their work-- theater, movies and TV -- made revenue (yes, that is in billions) for the production companies and networks. The same is true of professional athletes.
Many of these wealthy individuals do "share" through various charities and social programs. But they are not required to do so: that would be contrary to the principles of capitalism and free enterprise. You could just as well ask this about corporate executives who provide no actual service and yet earn huge salaries, mainly because they control the companies that are paying them (nice work if you can get it).
