First of all, there was never a book in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series called The Last Olympian. These are the books; The Lightning Thief, The Sea of Monsters, The Titan's Curse, The Battle of the Labyrinth, and The Last Battle. I believe that you are talking about The Last Battle. The book was most likely given that title because the book was about Kronos and Luke fighting Percy in their last battle against each other. I'm not saying anymore about the topic because I don't want to spoil the story for others!
