Why can't your Eevee evolve?

Your eevee might not be breeding for a few reasons. First, the Pokemon you are pairing with it must be of the opposite gender. Second, you should make sure that both eevee and the Pokemon you are trying to pair it with are both in a common egg group. Lastly, a Pokemon will not breed with it's offspring.

There are one of two reasons as to why Eevee isn't breeding with another Pokémon, one reason is because a male Pokémon needs to breed with a Ditto while a female Eevee can breed with Ditto or any member of its egg group. The other reason is because a Pokémon you are attempting to breed with it is not a member of its egg group. Eevee's egg group is the Field egg group and the Pokémon that are part of it would include ones such as Sanndshrew,, Rattata, Mankey, Diglett, Meowth, Vulpix, Ponyta, Growlithe, Tauros, Sentret, Cyndaquil, Aipom, Girafarig, Dunsparce, Tedddiursa, Sneasel, Swinub and Houndour.

eevee doesnt evolve unless hes lv 70 or higher + you give him the thunderstone/firestone/waterstone/mossyrock/icyrock/lv him up at night/lv him up at day.
