George taught ar Art Student's League in New York from 1933, until 1955. Although being German during that time period, he wasn't welcomed by others. George returned back to Germany to say: "My American dream, turned ut to be a soap bubble". A few days after he moved back to Berlin, George Grosz died on July 6th by falling down some stairs drunk or parhaps...?
