Harry puts the memories in the Pensieve and sees how arrogant his father was, and that Dumbledore's death was actually planned between himself and Snape. He then learns in one memory that he is actually a Horcrux, too. With this information, Harry finishes Voldemort. Then he honored Snape by naming his second child Albus Severus, Severus being Snape's first name.
