Only a small percentage actually do and that is probably due to bad up bringing and the feeling that society has failed them and for that they lash out, other reasons could be general ignorance of crime or a means of getting money, that or pier pressure. but the majority of teens are good citizens, most better than adults. its just they get tared with the same brush as the "hoodlum's".
