i prefer fusion I would say Synchro monsters. They are new and improve and much way better then most Fusion monster. It really don't matter but I say Fusion monsters are kinda old and too simple in summoning stronger monsters. Synchro monsters in the other hand are like future way of summoning monters and give it that new way. The only thing that make Fusion cards a little ok is the Elemental Heros cards. If you compare them both I know you stick with the Synchro monster.
Should I build a dragunity deck or a zombie deck?
That would depend on the sort of deck you'd want. If you want a deck which synchro summons a fair bit, and has a fair amount of swarming, then I'd go for dragunity, but if you prefer milling, then summoning from the grave, and not to keen on synchro summoning, go for zombie.

If it is physically impossible to comply with the order (summons is for next month in Kansas, but you are in Iraq for another 6 months) then it would be appropriate to write the court, addressing the judge, explain the problem, and provide documentation. If the problem is that is would be inconvenient, or that you would just prefer not to go.... you have a problem.
