Why does Ginny Weasley kiss harry in Harry Potter and the deathly hollows?

Ron loves Hermione and the Horcrux didn't want to be destroyed. When Ron was wearing the Horcrux it learned his fears; that the girl he loved, loved his best friend. So to try and stop Ron from destroying it he tortures him by projecting images of Harry and Hermione kissing.

In the book it doesn't mention them being naked but the film makers decided to add this in.

They don't really, it's only a figure of the Horcrux.

Since Ron is trying to destroy the necklace, the Horcrux will do everything in it's power to break Ron down and make him not destroy it. Therefore, the Horcrux shows Hermione and Harry kissing because Ron loves Hermione and the Horcrux knows it will hurt him very much. The fake Hermione and Harry insult Ron, as Harry tries to convince Ron that's its not true, and to just destroy the necklace to stop the insults.
