The simple answer is she doesn't. She only kisses Ron in the Deathly Hallows because it may be for the last time.
There is a period in the seventh book (Deathly Hallows) though when Ron sees his worst nightmare during his attempt at destroying Salazar Slytherin's Locket (one of Voldemort's Horcruxes) where he views a Riddle-Harry and Riddle-Hermione kiss. They however are not the actual Harry and Hermione and is an attempt by the Horcrux to stop Ron from destroying it.
