No katniss didnt kill president snow she killed president coin

∙ 7y agoBoggs warned Katniss not to trust Coin and that Coin wanted her dead as she thought of Katniss as a threat and that she was just using her for Propaganda. Most likely Coin would have had her killed and made it look like an accident once she had got into power and Katniss knew that. Coin purposely sent Peeta to Katniss in the hopes that he would kill her so she already doesn't trust Coin and realises she's manipulative and doesn't care who gets hurt or killed as long as she gets what she wants. When Katniss talks to Snow in the rose garden she realises he is telling the truth- Coin sent the bombs to kill the children, Snow would have admitted to it. Not only did the bomb kill Prim which of course makes Katniss eager for revenge Katniss realises she is supporting a leader who will ruthlessly kill children without hesitation just as Snow did which of course isn't what she wants or has been fighting for. Then Coin suggests another Hunger Games with Capitol children, making her no better than Snow and Katniss realises she wants to rule as ruthlessly as he has. Katniss knows that Snow is dying anyway from poison and that his power and support is over so she chooses to take the shot at Coin instead being the greater evil.

∙ 12y agoKatniss killed her because Coin was the one that bombed the children outside of the capitol. And more importantly, she killed her because when the bombs hit, it killed prim, her sister.

∙ 11y agoWell, technically, she doesn't, but she feels that Katniss is a threat to her power, so she would rather Katniss be gone. She still needs her, however, to play the Mockingjay.

If it's a Mockingjay Part, everyone that is a girl will probably be dressed as a mockingjay. I would go as something more..original. Not sure what, but something else from those books. If you do decide to still go as Katniss with her mockingjay outfit, dress the way the author describes the dress in the book. Or, if you've seen the movie, dress the way she did in the movie!
