Check if it is holding an everstone if not train it until it's level 60 and if that doesn't work you've probably got the replay virus or something. Good luck.

∙ 13y agoThere are several options. You gave your dragonair a everstone to hold, or you pressed cancel during the evolution (the B button of your gameboy/ vba)

∙ 12y agoIt didn't evolve for one key reason. Dratini doesn't evolve at level 30. It evolves at level 35 into a Dragonair. From there, it can evolve into a Dragonite.
