The 4-20 ma is used more often in analog signaling than 0-20 ma because sufficient power dissipation. The hence is the upper rage and was reduced to 20 ma.

Is speaker output analog or digital?

Bluetooth is a digital communication interface. It tends to be used for audio signals more than other applications so it is often perceived as carrying analog audio. Despite the appearance, it is definitely digital and not analog.

Which has greater resistance to transmission errors Binary signaling or Analog signaling?

digital signals (usually binary coded) can include extra information that can be used for error detection or even correction. this allows recovery of the original signal, either by requesting retransmission or by directly correcting the error. analog signals can't include any extra information needed for this purpose. it is impossible to distinguish an error from the original data.

Is PCM is an example of analog to digital?

No, Pulse Code Modulation is a communication method used to carry digital data but is not part of any analog to digital conversion. PCM is often used to carry audio data as a digital stream and therefore is the encoding used as the signal is first converted to a digital format.

What is In- channel signaling?

In-channel signaling is also often referred to as in-band signaling. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Signalling_(telecommunications)#In-Band_versus_Out-Of-Band and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In-band_signaling.The signaling used to establish and tear down a phone call was located in the same physical communication channel used to carry the call (i.e voice, fax or modem) traffic, and used DTMF tones. Examples are CCITT Signaling Systems 1-5 R1 & R2. Most books on SS7 should talk briefly about this.SS6 & SS7 moved to take the signaling out-of band, and to establish a common channel for all signaling in digital packet-based format (non-tone based) allowing one signaling channel to control a large number of "voice" circuits.

What is analog simulation?

Analog system simulation is more sensitive to the changes in the parameters compared to the digital system. This is because of the continuous nature of the analog signals, unlike the discreet nature of the digital signals. Digital systems have gates which can not be used in Analog system.

When digital values are converted to create an analog sound, the term used is Digital-to-Analog converter.

What is it called when you convert a digital signal to analog?

When you convert digital signal to analog, it is called as an analog signal. The device used is called digital to analog converter.
