Harry Potter never came back to life because he never truly died. Harry was in a sort of limbo area where he was given the choice to go back and finish Voldemort or to die.
Harry was given this choice because Voldemort accidentally made Harry a Horcrux when he cast the killing curse at him when he was a baby. When Harry gave himself over to Voldemort with he intention of dying Voldemort killed the part of Harry inside of him.
When Voldemort took Harry's blood to get his body back he created a rope between life and death. This selfish act, along with being a Horcrux and owning all three Hallows, allowed Harry to return and fight.
This is explained on pages 709-710 to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
When Harry and Voldemort were in the graveyard, Harry's blood was used to bring Voldemort back to full form. Since Lily's sacrifice lived in Harry's blood, that meant that Voldemort's body now housed part of the magic that protected Harry. As long as Voldemort lived, so did Lily's protection. Since Harry had this protection, but went to his death willingly to protect those that he loved, he was taken into limbo and given the choice to live or to die. His sacrifice was enough to protect all of his friends, and Lily's sacrifice was enough to allow him to recover from it.
Harry never truly died so he didn't come back to life. Harry was given a choice; go back and fight Voldemort or die. Harry choose to go back and fight because that's what Harry does.
He wanted to go save the people he loved and live a long and happy life - which he got.
He was able to live because when Lord Voldemort took his blood in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and the protection of his mother, Lily was so powerful (Lord Voldemort never loved). So, he was able to live because he was never dead only the Horcrux part of him was destroyed, making him also his own person.
Remember in Goblet of Fire, when Harry touches the portkey and is transported to the cemetery? Some of Harry's blood was used to recreate Voldemort's body. Voldemort used some of Harry's blood because he was arrogant. You'll notice later on that when Harry is talking to Dumbledore, when Harry tells Dumbledore that Voldemort used his blood, Dumbledore looks satisfied...
Anyways, Harry lives on through Voldemort because Voldemort has Harry's blood inside him, so his mother's protection, which is in Harry's blood, is still on the Earth and still living, therefore Harry is still living.
Hope this makes sense :)
He didn't because he was never really dead. Only the Horcrux inside of him died. The Horcrux and him being the owner of all three Deathly Hallows at the same time allowed him to make a choice - die or go back.
He was not really dead, he was somewhere in-between, he was allowed to choose between life and death.
The main conflict is Harry needs to find all the Horcruxes to be able to defeat Voldemort and he solves it by skipping school and going to look for them.
There is no Harry Potter eight, it is called Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II and no not this year seeing as neither of the films will be out by August this year in the cinema. You will be able to get part I on DVD for August next year.

People should read Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows because while the books are fantastical, there are messages in the book that reflect our society. This book is also extremely well written, and the plot is thick and clever. You should read this book if you have read the first seven, if you enjoy longer novels, and if you enjoy a thriller as our hero tries to make the world a better place with his two friends.
In deathly hallows harry realizes that he is the final horcrux and that he must die therefore harry goes to the forbidden forest to turn himself in to voldemort and "dies" he has a long chat with dumbledore in heaven and then he returns to life but pretends to be dead. Harry's parents died when he was only a year old. Harry cannot meet his parents in their solid state, but in their ghosts state. He did meet their ghost state in the last book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, when he figured out how to open the snitch that Dumbledore left for him. They were able to talk briefly and give him advice, along with others from Harry Potter's past.
Voldemort and Harry's own intelligence.

Harry Potter can speak to snakes because, on the night that Lord Voldemort killed his parents, he un intentionally transferred some of his sole to Harry because of his spell backfiring. Voldemort was able to speak to snakes, so with part of Voldemort's sole in Harry, harry had some of the same abilities as the Dark Lord. One of these was being able to speak to snakes. This is explained in the Seventh Harry Potter Book and in The Deathly Hallows Part Two.
