Milton Hershey was actually a good leader. He was very generous, seeing as he put the entire company's stocks towards a school for abandoned boys and gave random gifts and bonuses to his workers. And he built a school, an arena, and a hotel during the Great Depression to create jobs. Even on a personal level, he rented out his mansion when he got old.

But I guess he sometimes fired people at random to give them a feeling of insecurity. And he was very biased with his workers.
