You can't. There are no cheats for it. All suits are unlockable through game play. Some are by completing a certain number of missions. Such are: the cosmic spider-man suit, carnage spider-man suit, ben reily spider-man suit, and the armour spider-man suit. The default ones are: the original spider-man suit (red with blue) and the black symbiote suit. The suit that is unlockable with 750 spiders is the red and yellow suit, a suit that Iron Man gives Spider-man.
