Art is a very costly criminal enterprise. The reason being is that it is unique and rare. When you have a piece of art that is the only one in the world therefore making it extremely valuable. Also art is usually signifies a region, time period, or culture therefore making it attached and mainly a part of that time period or culture. Art can also be interpreted in many different ways.
