It called the Titan's Curse because Atlas is the Titan who was cursed with holding up the sky. Later in the book you find out why it was titled that way... don't wanna ruin anything for you!

That's the thing: The first four books end in a way in which it's main events are resolved, but new problems arise which come into focus in the next one at the very end. What is resolved is that the Ophiotaurus is saved, and so the Titans do not yet have the power to destroy Olympus.

Why does Lord Voldemort disintegrate?
This does not happen in the book. There is no actual explanation for it, he was killed when his own killing curse backfired on him, so in theory, he should have died the same way as everybody who was hit with the killing curse. The production crew just wanted to make it more artistic as the way it happened in the book wouldn't have been as exciting on screen.
