on the cartoon they say he is, but I say he isn't but yes he is better the guy above is right. goku has all of the super sayian forms vagita has 3 of the super sayian forms ( doesn't have ssj3 form ). he does now.also in GT Vegeta is stronger before goku goes ss4 but for some reason they make him weaker than krillin

*spoiler* Vegeta at first however when goku manages to beat him vegeta gets angry and try's to become stronger than goku but never succeed and while trying to become stronger he takes out the bad guys with goku and slowly but surely he becomes a good guy.
